Rejoice you of the IT persuasion

New episodes of IT Crowd will begin airing this coming Februrary!

the IT Crowd

I was clued into a fallacy in this post by Ben, so it has been updated.

And while we are talking about the British Networks, when are you people going to get your head out of your collective arses, and stop restricting your web video of shows to only Brits.  You know, some of us over here in the colonies would like to see that stuff too.

Anywhoo, if you are an IT Professional, you need to see this show by any means neccesary… I will leave those means up to you.  Gotta run, I have to force an unexpected reboot on one of my machines.

    Hello Chris
Just so you know, The IT Crowd is shown on Channel 4 over here, nothing to do with the BBC

    Ben,

Ah, I was thought that it was BBC 4, not an independent channel. Well then I shall update the post with this new information!

Woohoo! (To quote Homer.) The IT Crowd is one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen. And yes, by any means necessary.

Well that’s easy to remember. 0-118-999-881-999-119-725-3 (That’s all from memory. Addiction to that episode? Maybe. Psyched for the new episodes in February? Absolutely!)

Excellent news! Gives us all something to look forward to in the new year, can’t wait.

It’s a shame Channel 4 feel the need to stick the usual vile DRM onto their streaming vids which prevent you from watching them outside the UK. I still don’t understand how these guys think, as I had the same problem when I tried to watch video from ABC or the like on your side of the pond. And of course in the UK you can’t get TV shows on iTunes yet, so of course everyone resorts to bittorrent.

The more they tighten things up with DRM the more piracy becomes a problem!

As soon as we get the liberty to be able to stream lost and others :)

Oh, so its a tit-for-tat then is it? You guys can’t be the ‘better nation’, hmmm?

I am so dissapointed in your Britain… so dissapointed.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but aren’t most of the creators of DRM American companies?

It also funds the analogue broadcasting of all 5 channels, at least to an extent.
