SSWI — When in doubt, buff it out.

Yes, thats right there is a new point release in the 0.6 series. This release fixes a whole slew of bugs and refines the user experience a bit. This is an important step in the journey to 0.7.

It is bitter sweet to see this release, since I haven’t been able to really be a part of things in Habari for the last 6 months or so due to work and personal issues. Hopefully that will change soon. I miss getting in there and making teh hotness.

Anywhoo, go and get it while its hot!

After much toil and sweat, mostly by other people, the Habari Community is proud to announce the immediate availability of our newest stable release.

There are too many changes to name, so you just need to go download it and take a look.

It has been a long time coming, but I am very proud to announce that the Habari Community is releasing our second major release, 0.2.

This new version contains tons of new stuff, and many contributions from the community. You can read the official announcement on the project site, and download the newest release at the usual place.

Yes I was in on the joke. Owen asked me to be the “straight man” for this little prank, and I must say it worked out quite well. Owen and Scott are both very much committed to Habari for the long hall, fear not.

Well today saw the release of the Developer Review of Habari, and the departure of two of the founders. They could have chosen a better time to leave, but to each his own I suppose. I wanted to talk about this now, before other sites like HabariWank blow it out of proportion.
