I don’t know you personally, nor do I know why your son is going in for surgery. But having a daughter of my own, I can imagine how you must be feeling right about now.

Being a Dad myself I know from experience the fear of such a tiny soul being at risk and how it is enough to shake anyone’s foundation.

It’s always terrifying to face releasing the care of your child utterly and completely to someone else, even if they reassure you it is routine.

I am the praying type… and wonderfully enough, my God is an answering type. I am glad to hear your son has come through this operation successfully. My continued prayers will be w/ you and your family.

My prayers are with you. God give you strength during this period and never be hopeless. Think about all the good times you will have with your son when he is 18.

Take heart that the Lord loves Jakob more than you ever could, and He has Jakobs best interest at heart. Jakob is the apple of the Lords eyes, and He knows exactly what He’s doing.

But when Jesus heard it, he answered him, saying, Fear not: believe only, and she shall be made whole. Luke 8:50
