UPDATE: I went ahead and scrapped the silly story I was going to write and have started on another that is more serious, but will still have some humor in it. If you went and checked out the other Chapter One, then you might want to go and read something I wrote in a more serious mood.
Well it seems that fellow Novelist Kevin Basil and I (man that sounds nice) have both begun work on our Barely Adequite American Novels.

I am really regretting my decision to write a satirical farce of a book after reading the beginning of Basil's efforts. I wonder if it is to late for me to change my mind.
