Have at You!
The day has finally come. Today, Apple has shifted to the offensive. Apple has launched its most aggressive and straight-forward campaign since 1984 in my opinion.
The focus of this campaign (a combination of 8 commercials, I believe, and a new area of the corporate site) is the growing trend of loyal PC users making the switch to Macs. Covering everything from their gripes and complaints about the horrid Wintel/x86 platform, to the joy and freedom gained by switching to the Mac.
What is most interesting to me is the timing of this shift. It was only recently that the landmark Technology agreement between Apple and the Beast entered into in 1995 at Macworld Boston ended. Now that this illusion of friendship and comradery is over, me thinks the Jobsian hordes have decided to attack the Beast directly. Here, here.
