Recently Kevin Basil posted his thoughts on the debaucle concerning the recent overthrow of the decision dealing with hazard Nuclear Waste disposal at Yucca Mountain.

Kevin Basil doesn't understand why or when the disposal of hazardous nuclear waste has fallen under the auspices of the federal government. I don't either. That is not the reall issue here.
