I must shamefully admit that I had no desire to read the discourse on progfanity/vulgarity offered up by The Dane. Even after the most excellent observations by Kevin Basil, I was reticent.

But today I decided to view for myself what was being said.

First of all let me agree with KB, I found his reasoning and arguments, for the most part, sound. Unfortunately, I read the post to the end, and there I found a very disturbing line of reasoning. An excerpt follows:
